YAS Architecture worked with a private developer to design a 20-story, mixed-use structure.The Tower will include 144 condominium units, 10,146 sf of ground-level retail arcade space, 5th floor landscaped deck, indoor pool and health club. An attached 5-story parking garage includes 166 spaces for nearby Metra passengers / shoppers and 216 spaces for condominium owners.
